Central Maine Traveling Bridal Hair Stylist, enjoying "the way life should be" with my best-friend/husband

A typical day for me is a blend of creativity, client interaction, and preparation for my weekend wedding travels. During the week days you can find me working behind the chair at Pure Hairstyling in Skowhegan, ME; tuned into the country radio station, the conversations with my clients, and focused on the satisfaction of my clients before they leave. When the weekend hits its all hands on deck and starts with a NEEDED run to Aroma Joes...it also usually ends with one too! I'm usually up before the crack of dawn, which just shows how much I love what I do because I don't do mornings, preparing for the day and triple checking my bags (gotta love stylist anxiety). Wedding days are the only days I can wake up at 3:00am and be happy about it! One of my favorite parts about this career is the travel. I love all the amazing hidden gems that my bridal clients allow me to see and experience. The best part though, is when I get to create art for someone on the most special day of their life. Knowing that something I created is one of the sources of confidence shown in their wedding photos, the photos that will be shown to their grandchildren one day, is priceless.  if I can't spend Saturday with my husband, celebrating in a room filled with CRAZY love isn't a bad alternative.
